Payment. If you pay by credit or debit card, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your card for the amount due for the Product you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for reasons including (without limitation) product availability, errors in pricing or description, errors in your order, suspected duplicate orders, or suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful transactions.

Pricing. We may change our prices at any time prior to accepting your order. If a price changes before your order is accepted, you may cancel the order.

Refund policy. Because our Products are digital goods delivered to you immediately upon purchase, as a rule all sales are final and we do not offer refunds — except (a) where a refund is required by applicable law, or (b) where a money-back guarantee is expressly stated on a Product's sales page, in which case that guarantee applies to that Product as written. To request a refund under a stated guarantee, contact us at healthykids@serenite.group (or reply to any of our emails) within the guarantee period. We reserve the right to limit guarantee refunds to one refund per Product per customer and to decline requests where we reasonably believe a guarantee is being abused.

Chargebacks. If a Product's sales page includes a guarantee, please request a refund under it before initiating any payment dispute. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed, delivered digital purchase. If you do so in error, you agree to promptly withdraw it. We reserve the right to pursue any amounts owed, including associated costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

Order confirmation. You will receive an email confirming your purchase, along with access to or a download link for your Product. If there is any error in your confirmation or access, it is your responsibility to notify us promptly so we can correct it.

Future updates. We may update our Products from time to time. Where we provide updated versions of a Product you have purchased, we will make them available to you at no additional charge for as long as we offer that Product.

As-is. Our website and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Serenite Group LLC and its representatives from any claims, losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our website or Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Testimonials. Any testimonials reflect the experiences of the individuals who gave them. Individual results vary, and a testimonial is not a guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve the same or a similar result.

Reviews and feedback. If you send us communications, reviews, or feedback, you grant us the right to use and republish them (in whole or in part) in connection with our business, without obligation to provide credit or payment. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share honest reviews of our Products.

Our website or Products may contain links to third-party websites or products, which may include affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services, and any dealings with them are at your own risk.
